Return eligibility

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the product must be returned in its original condition, with its packaging and accessories.

How to request a return

Email support.kneeox@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send anything back before receiving our instructions.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return shipping cost. If the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, we provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return shipping costs where necessary.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and are expected to be processed within 5–10 business days after approval, subject to your payment provider's own processing times.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at support.kneeox@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item. We will make it right.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact us before sending anything back and we will confirm whether your requested size is available.
